question about the use of "no sooner...than"

Can "no sooner...than" be used in future tense?
 
Sure.

I will no sooner do that than eat my shorts (with apologies to Bart Simpson.)

The future perfect works also.

No sooner will they have done that than ... (whatever consequences will very shortly follow.)
