Hey,
If somebody stays in rain, which of following would be the best to describe him or her?

- like a drowned cat
- soak to the skin

Please suggest better options. (if you have one.)

- like a drowned cat - more informal
- soaked to the skin - less vivid

For me, "like a drowned rat" is more natural and commonly used than "drowned cat".
