1) Say anything and Tom will disagree with you.
2) Say whatever and Tom will disagree with you.

3) If she asks you a question, just say anything.
4) If she asks you a question, just say whatever.

Are '2' and '4' correct?
If they are, do they mean the same as '1' and '3' respectively?

I don't think 2 and 4 work as is. However, you can rephrase them this way:

Tom will disagree with whatever you say.

If she asks you a question, just say whatever comes to mind. (Strange advice. 😊)

The first two seem to mean the same thing. And the second two also seem to mean the same thing.
