Hi guys,

we say " He is scared of me" but can we say " He fears me"?

Yes. It's not as common but it's grammatically correct.

I am not a teacher.

The natural way to say it, if what you want to say is, "He fears me" would be "He is afraid of me".

Roman55, are you saying that "He is afraid of me" is more natural than "He is scared of me"?

I am not a teacher.

No I'm not. I obviously didn't make myself clear. I was saying that, "He is afraid of me" is more natural than "He fears me".

Just like with "He is scared of me", the use of an adjective rather than a verb seems a more natural way of conveying the idea.
