Hi
I am currently writing to patients to remind them that they are overdue for their routine appointment and I am struggling on the below sentence. Can someone please read and correct me?
"Please be aware that we archive patient records if you fail to return within 18 months of your last visit to the practice." I'm not sure if it should be "patients' records". I am also unsure if I should write 'you' - suggesting that I am referring the addressee rather than to patients as a whole.
Many thanks
