I heard people saying this many times
I should keep you informed of new developments


I shall keep you informed....I am just wondering in what situations do one use 'should" and "shall" ?

"I shall keep you informed..." means the same as "I will keep you informed...", it states that "I" intend to keep you informed. What do you think the difference is with "should"?
