Is this correct and natural?

She walked in the store, her gaudy jewelry jangling on her neck, her garish bracelets jangling too on her wrist. She flaunted them as if they were real.

She walked into the store, her gaudy [STRIKE]jewelry[/STRIKE] necklaces jangling [STRIKE]on[/STRIKE] round her neck, her garish bracelets jangling [STRIKE]too[/STRIKE] on her wrist. She flaunted them as if they were real.

See above. What do you mean by "real"? They're clearly real - she's wearing them. Are you trying to say that it's just costume jewellery but she is trying to behave as if it's all made from precious metals?

I replaced "jewelry" with "necklaces" because "jewelry" includes bracelets so it was odd to try and make them separate.

I mean we have fake and real gold right? How can I say it?

You need to make it clear in the first sentence that it's costume jewellery.

Does costume jewelry include the kind which looks like gold but it's not real gold? Is this good?

Also, can I replace the second jangle with another verb?

Costume jewellery is any jewellery not made from a precious metal (gold, silver, platinum etc) and/or not containing real gems (diamonds, sapphires etc).

"Jewellery" is an uncountable noun so you need to follow it with a singular pronoun and verb.

How about "clanking" or "tinkling"?
