The explanations about 'energy' on the website above really confusing me. I don't see the difference among:
1. She's always full of energy. (the strength, effort and enthusiasm required for physical or mental activity, work, etc.)
2. She put all her energies into her work. (the physical and mental effort that you use to do something)
3. Provide a means of channelling your child's creative energies.

Can't figure out when should use a plural form and when a single form.

They could just as well have used the singular form in those sentences in which the plural form is used.

Frankly, I don't think it's something you should worry about. It's not worth it.
