And what is the difference?In our country, ice is made in factories, and sold in the form of large cube-shaped blocks.It is used in cold drinks.I am not clear about the difference between 'snow' and 'ice' in the above sentence of mine.

Snow is what comes from the clouds. Ice is water settling on the outside of the plane and freezing. Snow, similarly to ice, is frozen water. The difference betweeen them is the layout of the molecules bound together.
