I got some Questions in my last test and I want to make sure.

# Choose The correct answer :
1) ____ shout when talking on the mobile? This really bothers me.
" (a) Must you /(b) Do you have to /(c) need you /(d) could you "

(a) and (b) sound correct to me :-|, so I want to know what is the difference between them? and what is the correct answer here, Please ?

2) The accident is said to have ____ in Cairo.
" (a) taken place /(b) occurred /(c) taken part /(d) caused "

Another 2 Questions, please :-D ( Find the mistake in the following sentence then correct it ) :

1) When there is heavy rainfall, water in the river rises to a dangerous level.

2) Recycling is a way to use materials rather than just throwing them again.

1) a and b are both correct. There is no difference between them.

You have not made any effort to answer the other questions. We don't just give out free answers to test questions.

Please don't open your posts with such pointless/irrelevant statements such as "Peace up, teachers". It means nothing. In addition, you added a space and a question mark. We don't put a space before a question mark and it made no sense for you to have added a question mark at all.

I would accept a, b, or c for the first question.

I thought about c but noticed it wasn't capitalised so discounted it as an option.

I actually tried to solve them but couldn't (That's why I did bring them here) I didn't think it'd make a difference if i didn't write my trials, But it did. Anyway, N.O 2) I selected (a) but also (b) sounds correct. In find the mistake Questions, the first one I didn't find a mistake but there has to be a mistake! The second one: The mistakeTHROWING) the correctionTHROW). Is it right? :?:

Well, In my first topic I made a lot of mistakes and it was a mess so I had to take a model so I clicked on a random topic and found it started with (Hi, How are you teachers ?) and didn't find any commentary so I followed it but I used (Peace up, teachers ?). And thanks for the tip about the space before the question mark. ;-) Finally, Okay I got it and won't use any salutations again. :up:

2 a and b are both acceptable.

I'd accept 1 as is, but they probably want you to put 'a' before 'rainfall'.

In 2, change 'again' to 'away'.

I​ would not add, or expect to see, "a" before "rainfall".

I could live with or without the "a" before rainfall. If they are not looking for "a", the question has no answer.
