Heres my 1st paragraph

Please let me know what i need to fix up or need to add before i get into the body of the letter

First, you need to give us a brief summary of why you need to write this letter.

We need some background knowledge of what's been happening before.

Start your letter 'Dear Sir or Madam' if you don't know the name of the person you're writing to. Always capitalise I.
