[Vocabulary] stuck in a western on crack

Fair enough.

Here is a link for the hotel where my poor brother-in-law got a free "upgrade" to a fantasy suite: Radisson Valley Forge Hotel Rooms and Suites: Fantasy Rooms

His, the "Shogun" suite, seems to not be there any longer, but it was made more humorous by the girl at the desk calling it the "shotgun" suite. I think he was expecting a Western-on-crack decor with that name.

Plus, I love the description of the Titanic Suite: Titanic - One of the stars of our sea, this fantasy suite duplicates the stateroom from one of the most famous movies ever made. Enter through a white cabin door bearing an authentic porthole. A steel, spiral staircase stands to your right, and rich wood frames this handsomely-appointed getaway.

Right- one of the worst maritime disasters ever, re-created as a romantic get-away because of the movie. I almost fell down laughing because glued to the outside of that door was -- I am not kidding -- an orange life-preserver ring with "TITANTIC" stencilled on it.

It didn't occur to us that the person who designed these rooms was on crack. We just felt that he or she had FAILED to take the prescribed medication for whatever condition they had.

I loved this discussion. It's so useful really. I like you all and I really appreciate your patience  Thank God I got it in the end cos sometimes I feel I'm on crack :p :-D

I'm sure looking at the pictures helped.
