Dear all,

Does it sound natural if I say, "I practice karate on a daily basis" or "You should study English on a daily basis" in conversation?

I know what the phrase means but I'm not sure how it can be used in conversation.

Thank you

t's not unnatural, but I think that most people would simply say 'every day'.
