Hello, everyone. How to refer to the underlined? Which one of the red should I use?

They may grow up to become people like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk who are willing to experiment and fail a lot to innovate. I think this is extremely important because such people/these people/people like them can push humanity forward.

I would use "such people" or "people like them" (if I believed they were pushing humanity forward).

I would not use "these people." That suggests that only those two people can push humanity forward.

I'd put a comma after Musk, and I definitely wouldn't use these people.
