Surya, an aggressive cop who goes to any extent to bring justice is deputed to Andhra Pradesh to deal with a special case involving the murder of a top police officer. As he starts investigation, Surya comes to know that there is a bigger conspiracy behind the Commissioner's murder. As Surya digs into the details he finds out that a wealthy businessman from Australia called Vittal is behind all this. Unfortunately, Vittal is not an easy man to bring down to justice. How will Surya win over Vittal?
