I meant the same things with two words "table" and "chart". Because the description of two sentences above-mentioned is missing. The full message is "I attached the chart that show the all of sales target performance in a table."

Do you mean consolidated sales compared to targets?
A table and a chart are different things, though charts are sometimes presented in space they share with a table.

If you're asking which method you should use to present your data, you shouldn't use quotation marks. You should use the method that will be easiest for your reader to understand.

If you are looking for the difference between "chart" and "table" - a chart is a visual representation of the data in a table. Pie chart, bar chart, line chart.
Some tables may have some visual included - like an up arrow/down arrow; or a full, half or empty circle - but it's still presented in rows.
A graph would be a chart - it's visual.
You may hear a table called a "chart" but it's much less common to call a visual chart a "table."
