Talking to my boss. I say:

Here's the information you've requested for.

VS

Here's the information you requested for.

Are both okay?
 
Both are OK without "for".
 
...because 'requested' means 'asked for'.
 
I think 'Here's the information you (have) made a request for' is also possible (though it's a bit wordy). The word 'request' in this sentence is a noun. The preposition 'for' is required there.
