The main problem with your sentence is that the verb does not agree with the noun. Fix that first and then we'll comment on the rest of the sentence.

Sorry for the late reply. I have made some corrections and I hope I get it right this time.:) 1) The city looks different at different time of the day.2) The city looks different at daytime and nighttime.
