I went to a store selling TV games and I bought a soccer game for my cousin. My cousin is learning English and he likes playing games related to soccer. I said to him "The game's narrative in English; you can play while learning English".

The intended meaning is "The language of that soccer game is English. When you control the characters in the game, the narrative is English and he can therefore learn from it".

Is my italic sentence natural?

What's a TV game? Do you mean a video game?

I believe that's a console so the games on it are console games.

"The game's narrative in English"

There's a serious grammatical error there. Can you see it?

What do you mean by 'narrative'? Which game are you talking about?

Perhaps "The game's narrative is in English"? When I said "narrative", I meant "when we control the players in the game, soccer players, there's a voice talking what's happening in the game". I am talking about the FIFA video game.

Is my sentence better? Here's my new try:

The game's narrative is in English; you can play while learning English.

Ah, I guessed right. What you're talking about is called 'commentary', not narrative.

(Yes, you spotted correctly that you'd missed a main verb.)

But the sentence in #6 isn't natural, is it?

How about my new try based on your comments, jutfrank?

The game's commentary is in English. You can play while learning English.

Is the above italic sentence natural and grammatical?

I think it's more like you can learn English while playing. Not play while learning English.

I would say "You can learn English while you play".
