There's only one way to pronounce "penchant" (in BrE, at least) so if you've got it right once, you've got it right each time. I don't have time to trawl through five videos to check if the people in each video pronounced it correctly.

There are two ways to pronounce it. The first way is as in the first, second, third, and fifth videos, and the second way is as in the fourth (a greater approximation of the French), which is how I personally pronounce it.
