Are the above sentences grammatically correct and natural? Do they have the same meaning? Please advise.

If it is window venetian blinds, can I write it as follows.

The rooms are now ready for fixing of window blinds, so please arrange to start work immediately.

We don't fix or install blinds; we hang them (the same as curtains).

The rooms are now ready for the blinds to be hung [at the windows] ...
