I walked by a shop selling different kinds of snacks. I've seen those snacks in some supermarkets and some other snack shops but the snacks in this shop I walked by are much cheaper than those one. It turned out to be that the shopowner is selling them with the wholesale price.

I then texted my cousin who loves snacks "The snacks in this shop is much cheaper than elsewhere".

Is my italic sentence natural?
 
You can also say:

He's selling them wholesale.

There's an old saying that goes I can get it for you wholesale.
 
You'll also hear He's selling them at cost.
