the waiter in parties

Hi everyone,

Is there a particular word for the person who holds drinks (usually on a tray) at a party, wedding, etc and walks around and serves them?

In the UK, I believe they're still called cocktail waiters/waitresses, regardless of whether or not what they're serving is cocktails.

They're also called cater waiters, although that term refers to serving both drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
