the way/with the way/given the way

Which are correct:

1-With the way you deal with people, soon you will have no more friends left.

2-Given the way you deal with people, soon you will have no more friends left.

3-The way you deal with people, soon you will have no more friends left.

I think '1' and '2' work. '3' might work in informal contexts, but I don't think it is acceptable in formal English.

I prefer 2 &3.
 
Is it acceptable to use 'due to' before 'the way ...'?
