Hello.

Sometimes, during sunset, a whole city gets the color of the sun (red, orange, pink). How can I express that?

I have written this:

New York was bathed in hazy, orange glow of the sun.

I know using two adjectives in a row is problematic. How can I fix that?

I'm really interesting to see how you would describe such a scene.

What do you think is problematic about using two consecutive adjectives?

While you have time, you will want to correct the typo in your title.

You're not "really interesting in"; you're "really interested in".

It's late now. I apologize. I can't edit the title.
Interesting was another typo.

So, is this okay?

New York was bathed in hazy, orange glow of the sun.
How would you express it?

Bathed in evening sunlight, New York emits/radiates/exudes a hazy, orange glow.

You can edit the title in the first 24 hours after you post. According to my calculations, you have roughly another 14 hours in which to do it. Remember that to edit a title, you have to go to "Edit Post" and then "Go Advanced" before the title box pops up for editing.

Thanks.

What do native speakers think about this?

Perhaps:

Bathed in evening sunlight, New York exudes a reddish-orange glow. It's the end of day. It's the beginning of night.
