Hello

If a man and a lady have a relationship just based on coitus, can we use "carnal" to describe their relationship?

1-Their relationship is purely carnal.

2-They have a purely carnal relationship.

3-The nature of their relationship is carnal.
 
Yes, but describing it as "sexual" would be more common nowadays.

They're okay, but if you want to be understood, you'll write "sexual".

Don't use hyphens to mark numbers in a list. The most common way to enumerate is to use a numeral followed by a period ("full stop" in British English) and a space.
