There is both agreement and disagreement on the subject.

Even native English speakers have doubt on this question.
Which one is correct?
Some say (is) and some say (are)

Thank you.

You will get different opinions on this. The delayed subject is plural, so a plural verb would be technically correct. However, many would choose the singular verb.
