2. There isn't any chair left.
3. There isn't a chair left.
4. There's no single chair left.
5. There isn't a single chair left.

Are all correct or 2 is wrong?

In what context do you want to use these expressions, Irina?
 
All the chairs in the garden are gone. Deck chairs.
I'm talking about it and then analyzing if I said it wrongly.

None of them really work for me. "There are no chairs left (in the garden)" is by far the most natural way to say it.
 
I agree with bhaisahab's post.

However, in addition I have heard 4) used in the context of a complaint or exclamation.

"There isn't a single chair left in the garden!". Where the person expected to find at least one they could use.
