Which of the above are correct?

Which of the above are correct?
I've marked two as wrong above because they're grammatically incorrect. The other two, as you can see, I've left blank. I consider them both grammatically correct but also both incredibly unlikely to be heard from a native speaker. What are you trying to practise here?

I think the same thing can be simply expressed as follows:
The/This drink is forbidden in their religion.

The problem, really, is that you're using the generic terms "This is a beverage" and "The fruit". If you named the beverage or the fruit, your sentence would become easier to construct and more natural.

This is tea, a drink that's forbidden in their religion.
This is a twonk fruit, the consumption of which can be dangerous.
