I saw these example sentences in one blogger.
a) This is my first time I came to Toronto.​
b) It is my second time we ate at this restaurant.​

Are they correct?
Shouldn't they be corrected like these below?
Revised a) This was my first time I came to Toronto.​
Revised b) It was my second time we ate at this restaurant.

They're all wrong.

This is my first visit to Toronto.
This is the first time I have been to Toronto.
This was my first visit to Toronto.
This was the first time I had been to Toronto.

Revised a) This was my first time I came to Toronto.:cross: "Blogger a)" Referring to an past experience/picture: This is the first time I had come to/ visited Toronto" Referring to present time: This is the first time I have been to (I have visited / I have come to) Toronto.
Revised b) It was my second time we ate at this restaurant.:cross: Referring to past experience/picture: It was the second time we ate/had eaten at this restaurant.
