I think these two sentences have the same meaning. Am I right?

To me they are identical in meaning.

It could be just before in a video for your followers. If they really want to know this.

Yes. Another formulation equivalent in meaning is I brush my teeth like this. In each case, the sentence is accompanied by a demonstration of movements, even if there is nothing in your hands or mouth and no teeth-brushing is actually taking place.
 
We could also use clean. I am worried about the number of tooth brushing videos on Tik Tok if we need so many different forms and synonyms. Age is not just catching up on me but overtook me a long time ago.
