Are these 2 sentences correct?

He was expected to win the race.

(in subjunctive mood ) It was expected that he win the race.

I would say "It was expected that he would win the race."

The verb to expect can be used as the verb to suggest ? (in subjunctive mood)

e.g. I expect you be home. (instead of 'to be home')

If I want to talk about the past are these 2 sentences correct:

e.g I expected you to be the winner.
I expected you to have been the winner
