"What To Do When You Know You're Going To Get Rear-Ended"

It's the title of an article about driving. Would you be able to say if it means "when you get bumped into the rear of your car?

Yes.

'What to do when you know another vehicle is going to run into the back of yours.'

Rover

I hope no hard feelings are going to be taken. Would it make sence in a sexually explicit context meaning " a posterior aproach"?

"Rear-ended" in AmE traditionally initially conjures up the image of an automobile accident in which one car slams into the rear of another. However, it is also not uncommon in AmE to use "rear-ended" as a sly double entendre for a particular sexual act. So, to answer your question, if your conversation was a detailed discussion of a romantic encounter and not a car accident, the person you were talking to would most likely understand your meaning if you mentioned being "rear-ended.":scramble:
