Could you please explain, what "tough board" means? We found that it is sth like "tough woman" but this meaning does not fit our text.

Are you sure it doesn't say "tough broad", not "board"? If you want us to see if we can work out the meaning of a two-word phrase, we need more than the phrase. Please give the full sentence where it appears, and the context.

Sorry, it is "tough broad", actually. The sentence is: "And while I may have delighted in a bad guy's black humour, or a tough broad's cynicism, I was never one of those attorneys who got naughty thrills sociallizing with hoods."

Why do you think that the definition of a "tough broad" that you found doesn't fit?

Why answering the question with a question?

I would like just to know if there is any other meaning of "tough broad" than "tough woman" because "tough woman" does not make much sense in the text.

(In fact, my colleague asked me to find help and I myself do not understand the sentence at all)

The reason that we answer questions with another question sometimes is that it helps learners to think for themselves. If we simply provide the answer every time, we can't be sure that anyone has learnt anything. You said in your first post that you didn't think that the definition you had found fitted the context. I was (and still am) curious as to why you didn't think it fitted. As 5jj said, both he and I find that it fits perfectly well.
