Hello.

Can I say "It seems to me, people drive there without traffic rules" or "They break traffic rules all the time and have no respect for pedestrians"?
 
"It seems to me that [STRIKE]people drive[/STRIKE] drivers there [STRIKE]without[/STRIKE] ignore/disregard traffic rules" or "They break traffic rules all the time and have no respect for pedestrians".
Try that.
