[Grammar] Usage of "Get" in "Causative Sentences".

Which one of the following sentences is correct as causative sentence in present tense?

# He get the letter written by me.
or
# He gets the letter written by me.
 
It's simple present tense. He gets.
 
I agree with Dave about the verb, but the sentence is awkward.

He gets my letter. He gets the letter I wrote.

Can't "He gets the letter written by me." be interpreted as "He gets me to write the letter"?

(The OP seems to be interested in "causative" structures.)
 
Possibly, but that would be very odd. That would be phrased "He gets me to write the letter."
 
Yes we can write sentences as below:

He gets me to write the letter.
He causes me to write the letter.
He makes me write the letter.
