What will voice be the passive voice of " His behaviour vexes me". ?
"I am vexed at his behaviour"
OR
"I am vexed by his behaviour"
If both are correct, what is the difference? :?:

I don't see much difference there. Perhaps (?) "vexed at" is more appropriate for the person.

I'm vexed at you. Your behavior last night was appalling.
I'm vexed by your behavior last night. It was appalling.

Cant we say that "I am vexed at your behaviour" is not passive voice. 'vexed' in this sentence is an adjective not the third form of the verb.Please guide
