[Grammar] Using IT, THIS, THAT

Hi! It looks like as more English I learn as more things I already knew I forget. I used to know how to use IT, THIS or THAT (THESE, THOSE) in a sentence but, now, I hesitate everytime I have to use one of them. If you could switch on a light in my head with some rules about the use of these words I would appreciate that (?)
