Ex-wife: Thanks for driving Mia home today. Was it good seeing her?


Is the bold-face question phrased in a completely natural way? Is 'good' OK?

I would say that "good" is the most natural word in that context. We usually say that it's good to see someone. On that note, I would change "seeing" to "to see", just because it's the more common phrasing. Using "seeing" isn't wrong, though.
