Which of the following is correct and, if the both are correct, is there any difference in meaning?
1:-We each have finished our work.
2:-We have each finished our work.


Thanks in advance.
 
If there are two of you, say 'We have both finished our work'.

If there are more than two of you, say 'We have all finished our work'.
 
I'd do the same, but the original sentences are OK and there's no difference in meaning- the form just sounds a bit old-fashioned to me.
