What do you mean by "provided", and who did your company provide these things to?

OK, and how about the "wins"? Do you mean "successes" or "achievements" perhaps?
I strongly suggest that you reword the whole sentence.

"Wins" means achievements as well as some successes.

Provide is not the word to use. You do not provide wins. You organize activities and gain achievements. I think you should list down the two separately.
