We provided accounting services to a client one year ago. Then they are our ex- client. However we still receive some regular email from them asking us to reconcile account balance. Is it natural to reply to them “We were no longer with you for more than one year?

They are no longer your client.

Perhaps:

There has been a mistake. You are no longer a client of ours, so we can't respond to your requests.

Is it natural to reply to them with “We were no longer with you have not been your accounting firm for more than one over a year. Therefore, we cannot assist you"?
Please note my corrections above. I don't understand the underlined part.

From my early career in finance I would have written "reconcile the accounts". It is a technical term for the processes involved in the preparation of a formal statement such as a tax return or balance sheet.
