I wonder how to express the following idea correctly in English. Maybe I'm overthinking it but I do have a very hard expressing myself correctly.
The situation is that I'm writing an email to a guy who certainly doesn't know my email address or even remember me. Nevertheless, I want to remind him that we've actually seen other and even talked when we were with Mr. Black (let's say, I came to his place with Mr. Black). How should I put it in a natural way?

My attempt:
"Hi, this is Cunning Fox. We've met each other a couple of times with Mr. Black". Is it OK?

Do you have any suggestions?

I suggest that you be more specific. Perhaps:

We've met a couple of times. I went to your house with Mr. Black.

If you need to jog somebody's memory the more details the better.

See above. My changes to your attempt represent my suggestion.

The writer met the guy at his house, not Mr Black's house.

Yes, I misunderstood that. In that case, I would say "... we've met each other a couple of times, once at your house with Mr Black".
