I wonder how to express the following idea correctly in English. Maybe I'm overthinking it but I do have a very hard expressing myself correctly.
The situation is that I'm writing an email to a guy who certainly doesn't know my email address or even remember me. Nevertheless, I want to remind him that we've actually seen other and even talked when we were with Mr. Black (let's say, I came to his place with Mr. Black). How should I put it in a natural way?
My attempt:
"Hi, this is Cunning Fox. We've met each other a couple of times with Mr. Black". Is it OK?
Do you have any suggestions?
