This is a poem extract from 'The Months ' by Christina Rossetti.
'January cold desolate
February dripping wet
......
In rough October
Earth must disrobe her
Stars fall and shoot
In keen November '

Although I can guess its general meaning, I'd like its more specific one. Thanks.

It's a poem. I don't think there is any "specific meaning" necessarily.

She seems to be talking about the weather, mostly. I don't know why November would be associated with shooting stars.

The disrobing in October refers to trees shedding their leaves.
