I heard this from a British TV program, " Am I allowed to say you're worth ten of her?"

What does "You're worth ten of her" mean? Thanks!

It means that you (or the person to whom the remark is directed) is 10 times better than her; he is a better person overall by a large degree.

Interesting that JillDorchester assumed that it was a "he" who was ten times better than "her"! ;-)
