[Vocabulary] What does "zimmer" mean?

I think the writer got English mixed up with German. "Ein Zimmer" in German is "a room" in English, and in German, common nouns are capitalised. It sounds like they are trying to say that it's the best guesthouse in Israel. Perhaps "Zimmer" is used like "rooming house" used to be in English. You would have to ask that in the "Other Languages" section of this forum.
 
The word "Zimmer" should always be pronounced with "tz" at the start, whether it's the German for room, the Hebrew for B&B or the walking frame brand name. Most people, admittedly, don't pronounce it that way when they're talking about the walking frame but, technically, they should.
