[Grammar] What makes me worried is the difference between A and B.

Is the sentence above grammartically right? If we replace MAKES by MADE or IS MAKING, is it possible?
Can you explain the grammar point here? Thank you.

It depends on the time- something that made you worried no longer worries you. If something is making you worried, then it is worrying you now.
