It would be easy for me to clean my room on Sundays.

What's the corresponding question to this answer?
1 - What would be easy for you to do on Sundays?
2 - What would it be easy for you to do on Sundays?

Personally, I think the right question is #1, but I don't know why there is "it" in the answer, but not in the question.

It's a mistake to think that there's a single correct question to be made for each sentence.

If you mean to ask only about the grammar, then you can invert the subject and auxiliary to get:

Would it be easy for me to clean my room on Sundays?

However, if you wish to start your question with what, and keep the dummy it, then 2 is the correct transformation.
