Are these correct?

1) What would it change whether I give her the bad news or you do?
2) What would it change if I give her the bad news or you do?

3) What would it change whether it is I who give her the bad news or you?
4) What would it change if it is I who give her the bad news or you?-

Let's say Tom tells me: It would be better if I give Sally the bad news. Don't tell her anything until I talk to her.

1-4 could be replies to that statement.

Maybe the correct way of doing it is using 'what difference would it make'?

@navi tasan Maybe the correct way of saying it is, "What difference would it make?" What do you think?
@Tarheel That would be my choice. As for the others, they're all about the same to me.
